I signed up for the free session with the thought that this was not going to be worthwhile. Couldn't I just read a manual and do this myself? How wrong I was. The video demo shows exactly how to do each step. I did each step along with the video. I may never have gotten around to reading a manual. And even if I did it would take me a whole lot longer to figure out what to do. And the best part is that my PC is already running twice as fast.
